Managed to gather around 30peelers yesterday. Wind wasn't kind but rain stopped early this morning. Chose the above on the flood tide. Was met by a howling north wind. Not the best conditions but we were keen. 3/0circles on running ledger rigs. And lobbed them out not far around 30yds as I have found the fish to be within 50yds. However within 5mins tap tap assumed flattie so started searching for a flattie rig if we were going to have a bit of fun on them. But on retrieval turned out to be a bass around a 1lb. Had another 2 for the session. And the wind just kept increasing along with a bit of weed on the ebb called it a day after 3hours. No pics of schoolies wanted to get them back asap
Tight lines.

To be honest. I use very light fragile rods and 3 times the bloody wind blew them over and that's with 2 good rocks tied to tripod hook!
