The regs are you can only keep one per 24 hours, not one per day.
23.55 to 00.10 is obviously only 15mins apart. Its got to be a hell of a long session before you can take 2

The regulation actually states one per day. Doesn't say anything about 24 hours .

Agreed, but I was trying to find where I had seen 1 per 24hrs.
But it is still open to interpretation as to whether a day is from midnight to midnight or a period of 24hrs.
