One of my attempted snaps didn't appear. I'm not sure which. Can anyone tell me if this is a whiting or a codling? I can only tell by the beard!

You've got another nine and a half months Dave, I'm sure you'll catch plenty more of both before 2014 is out

The interesting identification debate I once had was a Starry Smooth Hound. I thought it was, but was not sure. Some told me it wasn't. Then Davy Holt informed us all, that in a survey, all the hounds genetically tested turned out to be Starry. Whatever they looked like.

interesting and my belief too though why u see 2 seperate records etc baffles me ,, its a hound
