fished dungeoness in the christmas period and had a great session with 35 fish, i had about 3 this size, but a bit unnsure of the species.

any help would be great

Looks like a Flounder to me, I fish Arnside quite a lot & we get Flounder mainly and other flatties. It could be a plaice though. Either way- it's good eating!

thanx for the info, i guessed it was a flounder, i had a few smaller ones which had a slight mottled green tinge and i believe these to be plaice.
