Can`t help with the Solent but I had a nice 14LB undulate about mile off Pagham last week. There seems to be plenty of rays along this way.

just to let you know how i got on sat. i fished the tide up on the way out to brown down i feathered caught one pullock small one so through it back.
At browndown caught about 10 bream Dog fish and mackeral. But no bass.
The bream kept robbing the baits despite the bait being almost as big as them and using a huge hook.
The problem was on arrival there was another boat anchored so we fished quite away inside the buy. But all in all it was a good days fishing and will try there again maybe further out near the buy.

Cheers Rich
