Hi,

Heres a link which shows the minimum landing sizes

Note that the government has only set landing sizes for a few fish and there are many without restrictions but the NFSA organisation has set there own recommended MLS

http://www.nfsa.org.uk/teamcomp/comp_fest/matchpack/minsizes.htm

As for the quantity you are allowed to take home - only take what you need! If you take fish home and they end up in the bin then you have taken too many.

Some say catch and release which I think is a bit harsh. Eat a some and release the rest. Take especial care when unhooking undersized fish that take a long time to grow such as bass. If the hook can't be got out cut the line as close to it as you can. It will rot out in a couple of days - so don't be tempted to use stainless hooks. It just isn't worth pulling any fishes guts out for the sake of the price of a hook.
