could any1 tell me what they have been catching along the northeast coast,and where they caught there fish,cheers,wayne.

hi wayne,i caught 3 bass at hendon prom the other night on crab best 1 about 4lb ive also heard codling at marsden beach after good easterly so my mate tells me .good luck.

Hi just fished a boat competition out of the tyne (South Shields) where I caught 72 whiting in 6 hours (all returned) nothing else there other boats in the same competition fishing out of Seahouses had loads of small codling and ling. Biggest ling was around the 12 lb mark. (there were over 100 anglers in total so not a particularly impressive result.
