Evening Gents,

My friend and I recently decided to get shore fishing a bash. We're not fussy about what we catch but the idea was to get a few Mackies!

We've been out twice to Cruden Bay and Newtonhill using feathers and Spinning but no joy.

We're trying Newtonhill again tomorrow & also have some Mackerel to use for bait.
Last time round we fished off the rocks to the right of the beach casting about 15-20 yards...

Can anyone reccommend a decent mark?

its not bad on the right handside , where there is a wee path down the steep grass to the rocks, fishing just behind the furthest out rock.
