Does anybody mind me putting info about my trips on the forum? I'm just a bit worried that the Wales section has started to look like my personal fishing diary and I feel a bit of a prat. I'd really like it if other people would contribute more about their trips. This could lead to practical discussions about marks, methods, migration patterns etc.

Concerned,
Rhod.

"9 fish, mixed flatties & dogs with 3 legal-size flatties for tea/lunch tomorrow!! Best fish a 3lb turbot.

Bait was good helpings of Ammo mackerel fillet, size 1 Vikings, 2 hook paternoster. Sea flat except for a groundswell that gave a bit of a churn close in. Nothing at range except dogs @ 120 yds!"

Looking back it was surprisingly good given a strong Easterly and weak surf. Now the desired sou-westerlies are back, trouble is they're too strong!!! Might try next week sometime if the winds ease back a tad.

Cheers - John
