better off fishing just to the right of the station, say you stand at the top of the steps walk out on a 45deegree angle facing mulgrews caravan park and fish there on low water, thats copes hole and it does hold decent cod in the winter months, think i heard of the odd thorny and conger from the boat too !

Just one thing to add!! you need a decent size tide otherwise you wont get on top of the mussel scar too be able to cast into copes hole and get your tackle back.
