I know Nick and his partner Bob very well.

They are both the true gents of the angling world (And I mean total Gents!).
There operation is totally different from any charter you will be familiar with an absolute personal service in the most glorious location.

The guys are consultants for Greys and I met them both when they brought their Arvor 250 over to Alderney for a feature with Sea Dangler and Mr Wilson.
I took my boat, they took theirs with their boss Tony Anderson and we also had a Quicksilver 750 from the local dealer.

Really good few days Bassing and a superb BBQ on their boat along with LOTS of red wine.

Absolute stars in my opinion.

It looked like something special (and well worth paying a premium rate for, if it is a premium charge) in the two write-ups.
It looked like if you approach it in the right frame of mind you are bound to love it, even if the fish are small or a bit scarce.

I'm thinking of trying them myself; it's just a matter of whether I manage to get a couple of friends to come or if I try to join som others who are going.....

The guys will work very hard for you and you will be treated very well.
They specialise in light tackle Bassing on the estuary they keep.

I don't think the Bass they get are the very large, but they do seem plentiful and pristine with it.
They tend to freeline sandeel to great effect and also fish (almost coarse style) with floats.

So long as you go knowing what to expect you will have a wonderful day.
Do not go imagining you are going on an everyday charter as it will not compare in anyway.

All the best
