Fished Dock beach, on the barrage wall yesterday morning.
Only a short session half hour up and 2 hours down.
Had 3 flounder all just under a 1lb, and a big slimey greeny bout 2lb (good scrapper though).
Both take on squid baits.

JD well done - where abouts is Dock Beach?

Is it the small "bay" that fronts the locks, accesible from the car park?

Can you fish further along - i.e. park by the restaurant & get access to the cliff bottom from there?

Grateful for your help.

Cheers

greeny is a green eel mate, you can get silver eels and the odd conger there too.

In the bay or on the beach side, take your pick, barrage wardens are ok and tend to leave you alone. but to be honest if they try and kick you off, tell them where to go (politely of corse). One of them told me that they have no way of getting rid of you legally, cos it's tidal!
Lunk
Give you a bell next time mate.
Poach
Be ringing you next time aswell..he ..he!
