A three hook flapper or patternoster loaded with beads and sequins to attract the fish. Spoons can also work as flatfish are said to be inquisitive. Try various colours of beads and sequins to see what combination works best. Also the colour of the line may help, although I have never experimented most people use orange, clear or balck for hook snoods.

Hope this helps and good luck.

Oh yeh try size 1 or 2 hooks as the flatties have small mouths, this should improve your hook up rate. On the downside its a bit of a pain removing the hook when they have swallowed it.
