anything out there for kids below adult size restrictions ?

well i couldnt find anything either ,
ok if you buy a bouyancy aid and the kid falls in cold water its in trouble
why dont manufacturers make a smaller sized version of adult suits
im sure theres enough kids fishing out there with parents to warrant making a couple not to mention boating
