Hi everybody,

me n my mate fished folkestone pier today cos the breakwater was cancelled. bit slow, had rockling, a single doggie, couple of dabs, few pouting n whiting.
weather was 'kin crap! very, very windy and then it started to rain so we called it a day and retired to the pub again for a pint and some lunch! baitwise we had yellows, blacks, rag, sprat and squid, also lost two sets of tackle each. other blokes on the pier had the odd flattie n pout or two i think. like most of this area a north easterly kills the fishing, oh well!

Its allways the way mate. When your at work the conditions will be spot on and it will be a good time of year for fishing, then as soon as you have a days annual leave its sucks!:schmoll:

not looking good for fishing deal tomoz. i really don't wanna go, but i've booked in so i may aswell try and catch a few slugs. LOL.

it's meant to be light easteries all next week too, bl**dy marvelous.
