I fished fontygary a few weeks back, as the tide dropped I lobbed a bait from the pebbles in front of the point onto that sand bar, a few doggies.
I prefer to fish on the ledges to the left of the steps, heading east.
Very , very rough here , always lose tackle but usually lots of bites.
