WE will be stayings in the area {St Combs},for 2weeks end of November.
Hopefully any heads up re fishing rock edges,also is there any areas for digging worms
ID,understand if no replys re digging,but heh its just a 1 off Holiday.
looking on the map @ there seems to be 2 long stretches of sand either side of our location.

just hope some shore angler local to the area,could give me a headsup.

Never fished from the shore around there but flounder and turbot would be the obvious candidates. Have a search for "Scotstown" as this is a few miles south of you and is well known for (small) turbot and there were quite a few threads about it.

Thanks for information burnie,should of mentioned,was hoping to fish for,COD,CODLINGS.
So will i have to travel further afield.
As said Just looks like sandy beaches around where we are stopping,maybe able to dig some bait,just have to wait @ see.

most rock Mark's along the north end of the town will pick up some nice cod next month. but would be alot better if theres a good swell running check the swells and winds a few days before u go and if its rolling in get down the rocks u never know what u might pick up!!

p.s I've fished here a few times with some very productive days mid December so good luck!

thanks for headsup Codhead 1234,coming up friday.
just a couple of questions.
1 is the shot {heavy ground}.
2 what leads are best to bring up,ie plain or gripleads.
