me and my daughters partner fished the quay last night and he caught 2 small bass this is his first 2 fish for a beginner learning to fish for the 4th time out,
and i got a small nip from the gill removing his 2nd fish had to use the discorger in the end it was hooked just below the eye.

use maddies or peeler and you can bag up on schoolies and flatties mate. not as good as it used to be but can still fish well

@polarstar good to hear you got something always good for the beginners to get into the fish

Fremington can fish. hmy:.... apparently

A local chap and his mate drove up and had 28 bass out there to worm (and maccy :laugh: ) a few weeks back. To be fair most were small but there were quite a few keepers amongst them. They were chuffed!
