Any suggestions welcome on where's best for buying fresh lug etc and crab?

Shops in the central belt-ish would be best.

Brother fresh lug is like gold dust in the central belt. I get mine sent up from Lancashire.

Honestly its a nightmare. And winter it even harder to get. I go to Blackpool every September and while I'm there I dig like a mad man on the beaches. My nephew digs for a shop down there so i get a fresh supply of him. If your struggling I can give you some contact details of folks who can send it to you.
