has anyone any idea if giltheads are caught in any numbers around the south wales coast.
what would be the prefered tactics, i suppose light paternoster baited with scallop frill or rag, any guide to this?
i do fancy the old wall at lawrenny for bream, dont know why, it just seems very fishy to me at that spot.

Have seen in this months Sea Angler that Broad Haven may have them, and an article in the same mag talks about lug or crab for bait. Oxwich down Gower throws them up sometimes.
