Fished Port Talbot Dock today for Coarse fish, caught 9 Mullet on Corn and Maggot, just after casting out as Feeder was dropping through the water, feel sure they were Golden Greys has they had a lightish yellow thumb print on their gills only small fish maybe some made the 1lb mark, really suprised to catch them there as its landlocked, thought they are only found on open beaches storm beaches.

Thicks have the golden spots too... Expecially when land locked. The main stay of mullet in the dock are Thicks and some thins. The main thing to look for is a small head and loads and loads of slime.

Some really good bags of mullet have come from the docks over the last few weeks.

Oh right, they were a streamline fish, but the yellow was light not that distintive, I knew they weren't thick lipped, they were a bit slimey and scalely, they don't half pull back though fair play
