The grain terminal is the large plant left of the yacht club and is as far as you can walk before the fence of the docks. The Tide goes out a good way here and you don't get too much fishing time but it can be good for flounders and odd bass at this time of year. Bait wise, if you've got 2 rods I'd fish one with lug which will catch flounder and bass and one with maddies which will normally guarantee a flounder or three. Bear in mind that this is the worst time of year as the mature flounders are still likely to be returning from spawning and the summer species are yet to arrive. Having said that I have caught reasonable bass 2-3lbs in February on this stretch, on lug. Keep your looks no bigger than a 2 and a plain 3-4oz lead is better for fishing over the mud as you can move the bait easier.
