Thinking of going to Greenock tommorow (would like to travel further but dont have the time ) but when I can be there its going to be a falling tide down to low tide.


What does Greenock fish like at low tide?

It cannae fish any worse than the last 2 high tides I fished - on can it ?????
I wouldnt expect much - hope I am wrong :unsure:

on the outgoing tide use 6oz grippers you get dragged away to the right that at the custom house by the way loads of small dabs to worm the older and smelly worms seem to work better and some macky are turning up not in numbers yet though

hi there just back from greenock morrisons mark was there from 6pm till 7.20 caught 4 fish on jellyworm i would say all fish around 1.5lbs to just under 2lbs was well chuffed

In front of Morrisons... :) (Turn in at traffic lights just along from fire station.)


Was down a couple of weeks ago at the Waterfront side. Was a seal about. Is it still there?
