Hi there,

just got myself a greys apollo. It fels so stiff and difficult to cast. Mind you i was using a daiwa supercast x before. Anyone using one? What do you think?

Maybe i should just try and get used to it, i suppose it's in different league than the daiwa eh?:g:

The apollo is a rough ground rod so it will feel fairly stiff to start with, I have the 13ft version, its an alright rod :fish:

Ive got the 13ft mark 1 and I reckon its better than the mark 2. Each to their own though. Get used to it mate, should be a great rod and serve you well
