I reckon Heacham will throw up some surprises pretty soon so definitely worth a go... its been so warm here in Norfolk.
Recce at low tide and look for scours and slight gullies to cast into on the up and down... low is miles out.
Look for a deeper section left of outfall pipe at south beach. Also any slightly rougher/churned ground in front of the first 10 beach "proper" houses towards Hunstanton at the north beach.
Plain old blow lug good.
Local alternatives.... about hours drive for a session on the shingle Cley to Weybourne. Or have an early season drop in under the cliffs about 50-100 yards left of the lighthouse in Hunstanton hour either side of high. Can work well there early season.
Post back and tell us how you got on.
