im not having much luck with shop port rigs i want to start making my own but want them to be relyable can any one tell me where i can buy some NOT EBAY

grays are now doing a comprehensive range of rigs at great prices. most are £1.50 - £2.

just get the ones you would use and copy off them. you will soon learn to substitute some componemts with those you,d prefer to use.
