I stripped the roller down on the bailarm, cleaned, lubricated and rebuilt in accordance with the schematic for the reel - smooth and free running. On tightening the screw holding the assembly together it stops the roller. Convinced the schematic is wrong, since inverting the roller seems to allow the roller to roll and seems to interact with the adjacent components better, but seems a little too loose.
Obviously I didnt engage brain during stripping it down since there is only seven bits and I have the schematic. Please can someone with a biomaster provide some help.
