Well we went herring netting in my boat this evening, the air pressure was through the roof, we didnt expect much, but it was a too good evening to miss. There was a lot on the sounder, plenty of red weed in the water through the layers. There was some herring marks, but they could have been juvenile fish. There was also some sprats in the water. Ive done a video, so hope you find it enjoyable, even though there was a lack of fish

Well I enjoyed that even without a few box of fish.
Cheers, It was a nice night to be off, Its been a long, long while since ive caught that little in the boat. Hopefully it will bring back a few memories of people fishing for longshore silver darlings in the past. There must have been thousands who have been over the years
