just come back to fishing again after 6 years out can any one recomend a good place to start again on pier or beach i live cramlington area so any where on the coast for this weekend thanks keith.

Welcome to the site Keith:clap3: , to be honest it's been a poor year for most anglers in Northumberland and March/April can be the worst times of the year.
Why not try some flounder fishing from Warkworth, Beadnell or Embleton bays, there has been talk on the site of the odd turbot in catches.
