Hello all. Was thinking of having high build over the tip tape on my rods, but started thinking does it affect the reflective qualities of the mighty brute tip tape, so what are your experiences of this please?

Adds weight and slight stiffening where you don't want it, so I wouldn't bother personally

I use a thin coat but it does make it more difficult to remove the tape .
