the picnic site is south from fort willy on the opposite side from the mark you posted (which i will be trying on thursday)

Better fishing in Loch Leven at Ballachullish on the way to fort william, Linnhe is a huge loch, holds a lot fish but they are difficult to track down. Leven is a smaller, narrower loch and gets a good tide running through it, I've always had plenty fish here atleast.

Ha I was planning to go back on Thursday prob two hours either side of HT.

Might bump into you there's plenty room if so.

not sure when high tide is but planning on being there around 1-2ish and fishing till 10-11pm then heading to lochaline/ballahellish/taynuilt peir and fishing till morning

HT is around 2pm and I wish I had the time to do a similar trip to your self.
