What a shame about losing that big Snook though. Still you've got the memories of its size, the strike and that slightly 'one sided' battle.
In terms of your shark whilst I can't be absolutely certain it looks to me like a Lemon Shark. Sand Shark is the name often used for Sand (Tiger) Sharks normally found further north. In South Africa where they're also found they're referred to as 'Ragged Tooth Sharks'.
