Hi Guys and Girls,

I am hoping to take my Mrs sea fishing for the first time tomorrow, was thinking of taking her to Holyhead Breakwater, can anyone tell me how its fishing at the moment?

and a silly question to finish but can the breakwater be fished at low tide as she doesnt really know how to cast yet!

Thanks in advance

Tight lines,

James.

The overriding consideration with Holyhead Breakwater is being careful not to fall off it! :nono:

Seriously though, even a modest chuck at low water should get your missus into fishable water. If I were you I would go as far along it as I could to get the deepest water. :fishing:

It's just not a very nice place to fish IMHO. :thumbdown

or the easy marks further down , not the trek like the rock ,
