4 Of us fished Holyhead breakwater last night from 2 hours before high tide to 2 hours after. Had wrasse, very very small codling, blenny and pollack on the the float. Doggies and whiting at range and a lobster close in. All on mackerel or rag. As it got a bit darker, the bigger pollack came out. Good fight on light tackle. All fish returned to fight another day.

Sounds like a fun night! Did you think of using the Blenny as livebait? How often have you managed to catch a lobster before? Did it entangle itself in the line or would it just not let go!?

First lobster I've caught. It took the bait and hook. Did'nt think about using the blenny as bait. Might be down there again this week, if i get another one might give it a try.
