Ive made them last up until about five days in the fridge in newspaper, re-wrapping them everyday and taking any dead ones out.

I had a yellowtail once that lived for 3 yrs,it even came on holiday to Turkey with us,but had to spend the days in the fridge, night time was wicked though, how easy is it to pull in a club when you've got your own yellowtail?

Keep them in cat litter trays, with a small amount of sea water.Check them every day and change the water, remove any that are dead or split.I have kept them for 3 weeks, with the water at 10 degrees, and any spare water kept in old milk cartons so its the same temperature when you change it.
