If you reckon about 30p each you won't be far off. Trick is to catch the diggers as they come off the beach, always a bit cheaper.

why do you want to buy it, when you have some canny beaches from maryport to barrow to dig ample fresh blacks, loads of anglers travel there all through the winter month from north east coast to get their bait so why not have a go at digging there and save your self a small fortune

good for winter cod , a bit overated , prefer rag anyday in summer tipped with a little squid as a flag , killer bait!
