fished a mark in the haven last night from 18:00 till 00:30, first cast produced a huss of 3 & 1/2 lbs:clap2: :clap2: then about an hour later hooked into a good fish , as i was lifting him out of the water the hook snapped:wallbash: a good huss of around the 12lb mark......gutted! last cast of the night , loads of slackline so i hit into another good fish, this time i managed to get him to shore, a huss of 8lb 3 oz:clap2: :clap2: . loads of doggies caught too 15 in total.

Well done mate the huss must be a beast to unhook. If dogs can wrap round your arm and rasp you as you unhook em dread to think what they could do. Unlucky on the lost fish. Love to catch one.

good night fishing mate unlucky on loosing the huss i had one 10lb 12oz on the boat two weeks ago and that bent my hook all shapes they are quite powerfull
