Fished yesterday 3 hours either side of high water

1st cast my mate Herbie had a small eyed ray of 3lb 3oz.

Then it was dogs most casts until Herbie hooked a big fish on mackie fillet....... got it to the edge of the rocks - a very big conger!! and it looked well into double figures (possibly over 20) tried to land it but with no gaff a quick flick and twist line snapped fish gone!!:schmoll:

After high more dogs then a 2lb smalleyed ray for Blackcat and a whiting then a 3lb 3oz smalleyed for Barrel.

Teggy had a doggie last cast to save a blank!!

Your old man did ok loads of dogs and a ray.......Teggy struggled though only a doggie on his last cast saved him from blanking

Fishing well down there though we had 3 rays between us and also saw 4 other rays caught further over!!

yeah I know that fella........I was trying not to give the exact location :secret: secret marks and all that.............

only joking not every one would have heard of the 'ray mark' but most would have known where it was when I said hutchins.
