Fished Hythe today with bother in law, v v windy, bite indication v hard.

Caught one whiting to about a pound and a very small ling, then nothing for hours.

After packing up and walking back to their flat on the front, we saw the reason we didnt catch anything else, a poxy dolphin swimming about in the surf, it was so close I could of jumped in and swam with it.

I saw hundreds of them last week on holiday but there were loads of big tuna mixed in with them that I helped myself to . They are not always a bad sign
