Fished since 5 had a few whiting and a dab, missed a good bite on the second cast, it's gone dead over high tide though! Does it pick up on the way out?

Has done lately mate, about 30-45 mins after high another good run on.

Well the final result was 10+ fish all whiting bar one dab. 2 of the whiting were keepers, and i lost my hook in the dab it was 235mm so i thought id better not waste it, judging by others reports it wasnt a bad session for me.

Also did anyone see the big comet thing that flew through the sky at blinding speed, very bright and a nice tail, split second before it burned in the atmosphere

Hi mate yea i see the same comet at about 9:15, had a green tinge.. Didn't see as many fish though! lol well done
