Am off to the IOW - Grange Farm, Camping for the weekend. Cany any of you IOW boys recommend marks on the SW side of the Isle for this weekend?

Am off to the IOW - Grange Farm, Camping for the weekend. Cany any of you IOW boys recommend marks on the SW side of the Isle for this weekend?

The grange can fish ok but i hear its now very shallow. Really you want to get to atherfield or chale. Expect small turbot large rays and a good chance of bass.
Its a little early for the island really but its improving all the while

The grange can fish well this time of year for ray,bass and hounds but can be a bit snagey

Thanks solehunter. By the sounds of Brook ledges are worth a go. What's it like for plugging there?

I would imagine its good. I have only used a bubble float and whitebait small lure attached.
Also i must point out i have only fished there in a small boat but you could have walked in the depth we were in.
