i am thinking of fishing at the isle of grain at the weekend as i have heard of reports of school bass coming out and i just would like to try something different...

anyway....can i have some info on where to fish in grain or around that area....best bait....rigs....type of ground there etc...

park on sea front in grain village take a long walk left 1 and half mile towards yantlet creek fish 2.5 up 2.5 down 5 to 6 ounce lead hooks no bigger than 1/0 bait peeler lug rag also tip wi mackerel, yantlet used to be renowned for flattie fishing with big plaice , i caught a lot of school bass in that area last year small but crackiin sport . for bait ring mics tackle 01634 856948, and hurry he didnt have much left when i booked mine. good luck , please post a report to let us know how u get on.
