Got to the above for 9am with my mate. Already a few others fishing so found a spot about 150yds or so along the walkway. Squid & Macky on their own and cocktails of both. I fished off the rocks and my mate took the easier option off the walkway. Nothing happened for the first 2 hours, only a few small fish coming out around us. Then my mate got a doggy & about half hour later a Ray (not going to pretend to know what type so please can someone enlighten me), his first ever. I've never caught one either so although delighted for him, the green eyed monster was raising his head. At least I eventually beat the blank with a doggy and had a good chuckle when a dog ****ed on my mates bag. That'll teach him for being lazy:-D.

Could you pm me your set up for off the walkway etc...I miss replies here as my phone only seems to let me check my mails..... Pulley pen else co and are you using rotten bottom or is it not as shaggy as it seems there....... Need some easy fishing as I'm becoming very weathered round Barry at moment ...fed up of being cold and wet lol
