Having had a good little session yesterday morning with a few fish around 50cm, in what has been a poor season for me, i arrived at work this morning and invented a spurious doctors appointment so i could sneak out for an hour or so. Drove to the mark a couple of miles away and within 20 minutes hooked this one very close in.

I am guessing she was nudging 70cm but a bit on the lean side. Definitely my best so far this year and returned to fight another day. The sadly discontinued Diawa hirame Hunter was the lure that accounted for this one.

Nice pics dan. Beautiful , I have had some nice Kent fish on the Hunter as well , you can tell the extra weight in the “ junkie” , cast miles . Dank wobble , I got the bronze red one , flashes em up
