Fished the ebb at Kessingland yesterday from 10:30 to 16:30. Great little session and being walking distance for me is always a bonus.

Lovely weather with medium westerly blowing all day.

Used fresh lug, blacks and some dirty squid. Fresh was most productive.

Fish almost every chuck and finished with 10 codlets all 24-28cm. Plenty of pin whiting and the biggest Pouting I've ever had or seen. Pout measured 31cm and 13cm deep, proper little slab. All fish returned to fight another day.

lets hope those codlets survive another season or 2 because the future looks promising if they do. :)
thanks Nicko.

Andyt6.
Snag free for most of the beach. There was 1 or 2 opposite the last caravans but The recent run of heavy sea's had really cleared the seabed. The beach has changed drastically the last couple of months.
It can get very weedy at times but not this weekend thankfully.
Cheers
