Tried a south Gower rock mark first, 3 different locations, it was wild to say the least and totally biteless!
Decided myself and Wrighty would move to knab rock for something easier.
Codling and pouting to keep us busy and then these weirdos turned up! Three for Wrighty and one for me.
Scorpion fish? Doubt it's related but I've got an itchy rash on the back of my hand?

it was a top day with top company mucca... shame our mark didnt produce today but landed with the scorpions.... another tick for the species list!!!

I think they are a pretty fish, wonderful colours on belly. Also know as: Bullhead, Short-spined Sea Scorpion, Bull-Rout, Rockfish, Clobberhead, Father-Lasher, Scorpionfish, Rock Sculpin, Short-horned Sculpin, Granny Fish

I think they are known as a armed bulhead don't think its a scorpion fish

Well done lads, Lovely looking fish those little Scorpions totally harmless though just a little fish with a big attitude lol
