You done well with that flounder today that wind picked up and the fishing went dead

Probably suffering the aftermath of the rain....when the bass came out the other day nothing else showed. Sole are not really an estuarine fish and would definitely drop downstream with lower salinity. A good dose of rain can really upset the mix, I’ve seen a 4lb plus bream foulhooked at Grays and my mate often had carp trapped in his eel traps above the bridge.

Better than where where I was Steve.....visiting my wife’s aunt in hospital, she’s had a very severe stroke and in a very bad way.
