Had first few whiting of the year mackeral strip and ragworm
not huge but welcomed change on the flattie rod
Doggies stil there out at distance on big rod on any baits going馃檮

News! heared of and seen a pic of 4lb codling on guys phone
Caught on the bull nose opposite Verdi's cafe yesterday evening!
Went down west cross getting my lug for in the week, popped down to knab for a nose
Lots getting ready, and Bull nose busy with cars and anglers already there waiting with tide still out! Might be a one off but there again might be a busy autumn winter on the codling!
I'll be there Friday pushing in with my big fresh lugworm baits!馃槑

Well bit of cover out of the winds you cant get a better venue at the moment
Few of the lads taking fishing umbrella tying down putting them in between the railings and a bench to keep baits and gear some sort of dry! Getting a proper social place to be!
Wont be long now, cooler conditions Whiting dabs codling! Let's have them!

Another thing lads, can you report any loose rusted through railing down at knab! I had a fright one night lately where a rusty bar snapped!馃檮I taped it up with safety tape,! Next time I seen it it had been replaced!

Long overdue lets keep our fingers crossed,
