I fished the beach last Saturday from about 12.00 to 17.30. I caught my first Golden Grey Mullet (it was also my first mullet). I had a small Bass as well. The weather wasn't too good with a fairly strong SW breeze about force 5 with some rain. There was a good surf but no other bass caught. The surfers were out in force, I kept well clear of them. It's a bit of a long drive for me living in Worcester, it's only 130 miles each way, but it was well worth it.
I might fish Monknash next weekend it's a bit nearer.
