Had a few hours at walton pier.
First cast out, was talking to a friend whos just started fishing when i was greeted by the butt of my rod dragging against my chest and being dragged out !!

Lovely fight, to the point i was thinking possibly my stinger . Ive had 12lb rays , and this dwarfed it, luckily got some pretty good video footage , couldnt even fit it in the guys dropnet and ended up trying to lift it and losing it
Gutted
4 people tgere said biggest ray theyve ever seen haha
Proceeded to land another two , and scraping double figures one a around 7lb .
Has anyone else noticed how some rays have really blunt teeth , and some are razor sharp ? Got the tip of my thumb stripped lol
